GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – SAHERA HOTEL

1. Scope
These terms and conditions govern the reservation, contracting and stay at Sahera Hotel, ensuring a safe, high-quality and comfortable experience for all guests.
2. Reservation and payment
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment methods:
Secure online payment link prior to arrival
Credit/debit card at the hotel
Depending on the rate, full or partial prepayment may be required.
3. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 14:00
Check-out: until 11:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Security deposit
A €100 security deposit per room is required.

Online payment link before arrival
Card at reception
Refund:
Within up to 3 days after check-out, subject to room inspection.
Deposit deductions may apply in case of:
Smoking in the room (strictly prohibited) → 100% retention
Damage to furniture, linens or equipment
Loss or damage of keys/access systems
Improper use or excessive dirt
If damages exceed the deposit, the guest will be charged the difference.
5. House rules
Smoking is not allowed in rooms
Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted
Guests must respect others’ rest and comfort
Facilities must be used responsibly
6. Cancellation and modifications
Policies depend on the selected rate.
Changes are subject to availability and price adjustments.
7. Guest responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
8. Data protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable regulations.
9. Acceptance
By confirming a reservation, guests accept these terms in full.
